Maria Teresa Morrison

Mary Teresa has dedicated more than 40 years teaching and coaching children and young adults at all levels of our education system, from elementary school through the university level.

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Education with a concentration in French from Marywood College in 1968. This was followed with an MST degree in Education and Comparative Romance Languages (French, Italian, and Spanish) and Literature from SUNY-Binghamton in 1982. She also has studied abroad in Quebec, Canada (1967) and Siena, Italy (corso di aggiornamiento) in 1994.

Mary Teresa is a past member of the National Education Association, the Pennsylvania State Education Association, the National Italian-American Foundation, Sons of Italy, and UNICO. She also serves as a lector at St. Edmond Church in Rehoboth Beach, DE. She is a volunteer at Lewes’ Beebe Hospital and now teaches as an adjunct professor at Wesley College in Dover and at Wilmington University in Rehoboth Beach.

She and her husband, Robert Morrison, have been married for 40 years. They have two children, Robert and Carole.
