Richard A. DiLiberto, Jr.,Chairman
Richard A. DiLiberto, Jr., Esq., was appointed chairman of the Delaware Commission on Italian Heritage and Culture in 2006 by Governor Ruth Ann Minner. He has been reappointed as chairman in 2010, 2013, and 2016 by Governor Jack A. Markell, and most recently, in 2022 by Governor John Carney.

Louis A. Arena
Lou is a Professor Emeritus from the University of Delaware where he completed a distinguished teaching and research career as a linguistic professor.

Nicholas S. Caggiano, Sr.
Nicholas Caggiano, Sr., was born in New Jersey. He graduated from Penns Grove High School and then went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies from Salem College in West Virginia.

Joseph G. DiPinto
Joe DiPinto was appointed Director of Wilmington’s Office of Economic Development by Mayor James M. Baker in August 2006, following the announcement of his plan to retire after 20 years in the Delaware House of Representatives.

Gerard Esposito
Over 44 years diverse water resources experience in public and private sector wastewater, water supply, utility, regulatory and environmental resource management issues. Expertise in executive leadership, public policy, contract negotiations, operations, personnel management, environmental compliance, regulatory and government affairs, lobbying, fund raising, non-profit Board leadership, media relations, and public outreach.

Mike Migliore

Mike is an attorney licensed in the State of Delaware (in addition to Pennsylvania and New Jersey).

Mary Theresa Morrison
Mary Teresa has dedicated more than 40 years teaching and coaching children and young adults at all levels of our education system, from elementary school through the university level.

John P. Polidori
Jack Polidori serves as the Commissioner of the Delaware Commission on Italian Heritage and Culture and is the chair of the Commission’s Education Committee.

Michael A. Terranova
Michael Terranova is currently the Chairman of Criminal Justice and Social Sciences Departments at Delaware Technical & Community College. He is retired Captain from the New Castle County Police Department with over 23 years of service to the communities of New Castle County.

Ciro Poppiti

Ciro Poppiti is a partner in his family law firm, with a practice in Government Relations, Food & Beverage Law, Hotel-Restaurant-Hospitality Law, Entertainment Law, Corporate Counsel & Commercial Litigation, Real Estate and Wills & Estates. Ciro also has an entrepreneurial spirit, having owned and operated several small businesses over the past dozen years.
