Mama Nicola’s Sugo Baby Rack Ribs

Nicola Pizza only uses the finest ingredients in preparation of all our menu items. We’ve never used additives or preservatives and prepare a fresh natural product and bake it the old fashioned way — just like mom used to. We make and jar our homemade Mama Nicola’s Sugo here on the premises. The following recipe can be found on the jar as a suggestion for a nontraditional use of our delicious sauce.

Ingredients:
1 rack of Fresh Baby Back Ribs
1 jar of Mama Nicola’s Sugo Sauce
½ jar of Maple Syrup

Seperate each rib by cutting them. Boil a pot of water and place the ribs in the boiling water. Boil meat until almost falls off the bone — approx 1 hour.

Mix and heat Sugo Sauce and Maple Syrup. Do not boil and stir frequently so sauce will not stick to pan. Do not overcook. Add cayenne pepper if desired.

Place cooked ribs in casserole dish and pour the sauce over the ribs. Bake at 350 for fifteen minutes in a preheated oven.

The ribs may be served over a bed of spaghetti if desired.
